How does DIY Direct work?
You choose your products and measure each opening using our guide. We prepare approval drawings from the information you submit. After you verify every dimension and detail, we place the custom order.
Who is responsible for the final measurements?
With DIY Direct, you are responsible for confirming the measurements and specifications shown on the approval drawings. Nothing enters production until you approve them. With VIP Full Service, Pro Shade handles the on-site measuring process.
Can I order shutters and indoor blinds too?
Yes. The system is designed for indoor blinds and shades, custom shutters and outdoor shade systems, so you can plan one opening or coordinate an entire home.
What if I do not want to install the shades myself?
You can add our handyman installation service to a DIY Direct order for an additional fee. Professional installation is coordinated as part of a quoted VIP project.
What is included with VIP Full Service?
VIP service includes personal product guidance, on-site measuring, drawing and order coordination, and professional installation. Applicable service and installation fees are included in your custom quote.
